Build updates:
* Winrt build fixes to work with source dist
* Add CSharp/Silverlight common target projects that configure
the ReferencePaths for source builds
* Fix Ice.props to handle Windows Store applications
and remove Ice.props in WinRT SDKs.
* Get rid of registry keywords for WinRT builds
* Fixed some .gitignore files
