- Merging recent changes to R3_1_branch:
- Adding Ice release version information to build.properties to support
locating the expected Ice installation. Useful for re-building source
distributions and the Ice for Java demos.
- "Refactored" common.xml, removing the intermediate configuration targets.
Should be quite a bit simpler.
