Revert ".NET CF performance issues patch"
This reverts commit d4ac778650cfc59816012f7f85d1061a8d586aa2.
This patch isn't totally correct (the result wrapper access isn't thread safe)
and also has the problem that we potentially make BeginReceive/BeginSend calls
from a thread that might terminates before the socket call completes.
