Minor core, test and demo fixes

- Fixed C# value demo to use sliced format
- Fixed Ice core to throw NoObjectFactoryException/UnknownUserException instead
  or MarshalException when compact format is used an no factory is found.
- Fixed minor unitialized memory reads.
