Port to gcc and clang in c++11 mode:

- for GCC, replaced most std::auto_ptr usage by a new IceUtil::UniquePtr
- for clang, added ICE_NOEXCEPT and ICE_NOEXCEPT_FALSE for a few dtors in Freeze
