Update for PHP5b4:
- PHP no longer changes identifiers to lowercase
- Use new convenience functions for calling user methods
- Use new exception mechanism
- Change "implements" to "extends" for interface inheritance
- Change handleDestroy to handleFreeStorage for internal objects
